The Rondo is one of the best loved venues in the South West.

Every year, we help thousands of people to engage in theatre: community groups, new writers, emerging theatre companies, young people, keen amateurs, volunteers, hard-working professionals – and, of course, our fantastic audiences.

Now we need your help.

The Rondo does not receive any regular public funding. Cuts in funding, rising energy costs and the coronavirus pandemic have made our aim to provide an affordable, adventurous and accessible venue for artists and audiences harder to achieve. So we’re asking anyone who can help us to donate a small sum every month to keep the Rondo sustainable and affordable for all.

We suggest £2 per month, but please feel free to give more if you can afford to.

Volunteering at the Rondo

Acting as a Rondo volunteer is a great way of getting closer to the theatre, comedy & music on offer at our venue. Our volunteers work as bar staff or on front of house, and are an essential part of the success of The Rondo.

If you’d like to join our fab team, please take a look at this info sheet and get in touch.
